1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and enterprise services of NeuroxTech Global IT Solutions ("NeuroxTech"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation or entity, you represent that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Enterprise Service Engagements

Specific hardware leasing, VDI/SDDC virtualization, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), and AI consulting engagements are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed between NeuroxTech and the client entity.

3. Hardware Leasing & Asset Terms

Hardware leased or provisioned by NeuroxTech remains the property of NeuroxTech or its financing partners unless a buyout option is exercised. Clients agree to maintain standard operating conditions, adhere to agreed-upon return windows, and utilize authorized technical support channels for maintenance.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, Sentience OS components, logos, branding, and content published on this platform are the intellectual property of NeuroxTech Global. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
